Vista Grande Annual Fun Run

Kailee and Zachary had to see how many laps they could run in an hour. The Fun Run raises money for their elementary school. With all the buget cuts in education this year, we need all the money we can get to save our music and physical education programs. Kailee and Zach did a GREAT job!

Baseball season is under way. Zach had a GREAT game, he got 5 kids out when he played first base.

Kailee's Choir Performance

Tonight was Kailee's school choir performance. She looked GREAT and sang beautiful. We had a nice evening together. It brough back memories of when I was in choir and loved singing for my parents.

Bathroom #2 Remodel

Here we go AGAIN!!! We have started to remodel our second bathroom. Clinton was so successful with our first that I encouraged him to continue to the next bathroom. Last weekend I helped him take off the tiles and tear out the dry wall and framing so we can extend the shower. I can't believe Clinton is so handy! We, or should I say Clinton, will lay the natural stone this week and hope to have the plumber back next weekend to finish up. Can't wait to be done...next is the landscaping!

Chad and Porter's weekend visit

We had so much fun with Uncle Chad and Porter! We wish they could've stayed longer. Bradley and Porter spent hours and the beach playing in the sand and chasing the birds. We were sad to see them go home to Utah.

Visit from the Goins Family

We had a great week with the Goins. So happy they could come for a visit. We were sad to see them go back to Las Vegas. Bradley ased if Cousin Trevor could stay at our house! It was wonderful to have a baby around. Wish i didn't have to fight my kids to hold him!

Here are the pictures of our remodeled bathroom. Clinton has spent the last two weeks working hard to make our bathroom modern. What a great job he did!!! I am so impressed with his abilities!!! Never realized how handy he really is!!! Thanks Clinton, love ya!

I help out in Zach's classroom every other Friday. This was a great photo a mother took of us. Love you Zach!

Thanksgiving

We had a nice Thanksgiving. We stayed home for the first time and enjoyed being together as a family. Kailee and I cooked the entire meal. We even made our first homemade apple pie, crust and all, and it was delish! There is so much to be thankful for...we are very blessed!

Clinton takes on a second job...

As if he isn't busy enough, Clinton is remodeling one of our bathrooms. This is my early Christmas gift and I am so happy! Out with the old, in with the new.

Bradley and Zachary helped me pull up the old flooring and Clint took it from there.

Mommy's Day!

Today was Mommy's Day at Bradley's preschool. I had a great time seeing Bradley's classroom and having a snack. I had to paint him in his halloween costume and He loved that! So sad to think my baby is in his last year of preschol. He's growing up fast.
